Our client is a growing national litigation firm with a strong strata focus, lean high-performing teams and a steady pipeline of substantive files. They are looking for a litigation lawyer at Associate to Senior Associate level to take carriage of matters in the NSW and Federal courts, and will consider a Special Counsel level for the right candidate.

Salary Range and Features offered in this role:

• $130K to $200K depending on experience
• Special Counsel level considered for the right candidate

About the role

A predominantly litigation role with a robust strata focus, alongside general and commercial disputes, insolvency, insurance and building and construction work where your experience fits.

• Manage and run litigation matters hands-on
• Act in strata disputes and related matters
• Run matters in the NSW and Federal courts, applying their practice and procedure
• Act in disputes before NCAT
• Work across insolvency, insurance, building and construction, and general and commercial litigation

Requirements for the position:





• 2 to 6+ years' post-admission experience, predominantly in litigation
• A current Australian practising certificate
• Knowledge of the practice and procedure of the NSW and Federal courts
• Hands-on experience managing and running litigation matters
• Advantageous: litigation experience in insolvency, insurance, building and construction, or general and commercial litigation
• Advantageous: experience with disputes in NCAT
