Jacob Group in Myrtleford, VIC, is seeking an enthusiastic Aftersales Support person to assist customers across motorcycles, equipment, parts, accessories, servicing and warranty. You will collaborate with the workshop, parts, sales, and suppliers to deliver excellent after-sales support and help grow our Myrtleford team.

You will coordinate warranty claims, track parts and service progress, and maintain accurate records while contributing to a busy, supportive aftersales workplace.
