My client is seeking a passionate and motivated Allied Health Professional: Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Physiotherapist to join their expanding team across New South Wales.

About the Role:

- Coordinate and support effective Return-to-Work (RTW) plans for injured workers
- Liaise with treating providers, employers,



and insurers to achieve timely outcomes
- Provide early intervention and injury management services
- Conduct workplace visits and meetings to support recovery and safe RTW
- Manage cases proactively, maintaining accurate notes and reports
- Facilitate medical reviews, case conferences, and teleconferences
- Negotiate upgrades in functional and physical capacity where appropriate
- Build strong professional relationships with clients, employers, and key stakeholders.

What you will need:

- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology OR Rehabilitation Counsellor
- Full AHPRA, ESSA OR ASORC registration
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
- Ideally less than 1 year experience in previous Occ Rehab roles
