We are seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join Taste Fine Food Group as a Forklift Operator, Food Packer, and Kitchen Hand in our Revesby NSW. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in our food manufacturing and logistics operations. You will be working in a fast-paced food production environment where precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to food safety standards are essential. This role is fundamental to ensuring our products are produced, packed, and dispatched efficiently to meet our customers' demands.

Key responsibilities

As a Forklift Operator, Food Packer, and Kitchen Hand, your primary duties will include:

Operating forklifts safely and efficiently to move raw materials, finished products, and pallets throughout the warehouse and production facility

Loading and unloading delivery vehicles in compliance with safety protocols and company procedures

Packing food products into containers, boxes, and packaging materials according to specifications and quality standards

Labelling and coding products with batch numbers, dates, and relevant information

Preparing ingredients and assisting with food preparation in kitchen areas

Maintaining a clean and hygienic working environment in compliance with food safety regulations

Monitoring stock levels and reporting inventory discrepancies

Operating and maintaining basic equipment used in food production and packing

Following all food safety and hygiene procedures to prevent contamination

Working collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines

What we're looking for

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills, qualifications, and experience:





Valid forklift licence or willingness to obtain one with company support

Previous experience as a forklift operator in a manufacturing or logistics setting (preferred)

Experience in food packing or assembly work in a food production facility (preferred)

Strong understanding of health and safety protocols in food manufacturing environments

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to strict quality standards

Strong work ethic and reliability with consistent attendance

Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately

Basic numeracy skills for counting and recording inventory
