Lucky Venues is expanding, and we’re looking for Cooks, Chefs de Partie and Junior Sous Chefs to join our city venues, including a new opening.

The role

Prepare and deliver consistent, quality food.

Run your section and keep service organised.

Work closely with the team and lend a hand where needed.

Support stock control, minimise waste and maintain food safety standards.

For senior roles, help train junior staff and support kitchen leadership.

About you

Relevant kitchen experience for the position you’re applying for.

Reliable, organised and calm during busy service.

A positive attitude,



clear communication and respect for your teammates.

Willing to learn, take feedback and lead by example.

Passionate about cooking and building a career in hospitality.
