The Westin Brisbane is seeking an Assistant Bars Manager to lead day-to-day operations of The Charles Bar, Nautilus Pool Bar and Best Brews.
You will inspire and guide bar teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences while upholding Marriott brand standards.This agile leadership role requires hands-on management, robust communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
RSA certification (Queensland) is essential, with a 7-day rotating roster including evenings and weekends.
