About The Role Reporting to the General Counsel and Company Secretary, you will:

- Lead and continuously improve our enterprise risk and assurance framework
- Shape risk appetite, reporting and emerging-risk monitoring
- Provide evidence-based insights to executives and Board committees
- Deliver targeted second-line reviews across Regis homes and services




- Strengthen risk capability, resilience and assurance coordination

This is a permanent, full time Melbourne-based role involving regular travel to Regis homes and services. Make an impact you will feel proud of.

What You’ll Bring

- Significant enterprise risk, governance, assurance or compliance experience
- Practical expertise in ISO 31000, risk appetite and the Three Lines model
- Experience advising executives and preparing Board-level reporting
- Strong analytical, Power BI and risk-technology capability
- A relevant tertiary qualification
- Confidence influencing senior stakeholders and constructively challenging decisions
