Looking for a full-time role with great guaranteed pay, weekday hours and the opportunity to earn significantly more based on your performance?

We’re growing our Brisbane team and looking for confident, motivated people to join us in an entry-level customer engagement role.

You’ll receive a guaranteed $35 per hour base rate, equivalent to approximately $68,250 per year, plus weekly performance bonuses on top.

For strong performers, total annual earnings can reach $90K–$110K+ including bonuses.

No previous experience is required. If you’re confident, reliable and willing to learn, we’ll provide full paid training, ongoing coaching and plenty of support to help you succeed.

You’ll work alongside a small, supportive team across a range of established Brisbane locations. The role is focused on:

- Building rapport and creating positive customer experiences
- Working towards individual and team goals
- Representing a well-known Australian organisation professionally
- Developing strong communication and customer engagement skills




- Working closely with your team throughout the day
- Helping grow awareness and ongoing support

You won’t be expected to know everything from day one. We provide structured training and ongoing coaching to help you build confidence, develop your skills and improve quickly.
