Salary: $100k - $140k package

About the role:

- Parenting and property matters, including complex disputes involving family violence, mental health, substance abuse and parental alienation.
- Intervention order applications and child and spousal support matters.
- Financial agreements, binding financial agreements and property settlements, including matters involving complex corporate and business structures.
- Court applications, mediations and negotiations, with a genuine focus on alternative dispute resolution where appropriate.
- Managing your own files with strong support, while thinking independently and exercising sound judgment.

The ideal candidate:

- 2–4 years’ PQE with experience in a family law setting.
- Strong drafting skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- The ability to work autonomously with a proactive approach.
- Professional, effective communication skills and genuine care for clients navigating difficult circumstances.
