The role delivers evidence-based Exercise Physiology services across home, hospital, and centre settings, with a focus on tailored interventions to improve health outcomes for diverse clients.You will work with a broad range of health specialists to ensure coordinated, holistic care for clients, families and carers in a supportive multidisciplinary setting.
