Your Role
As an Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Geotechnical Division by delivering high-quality administrative and customer service support to both internal and external stakeholders.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage incoming enquiries and provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders
- Coordinate job bookings,
scheduling and staff calendars to support operational requirements & communication with external subcontractors when required
- Prepare and distribute completed job documentation and reports
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, document management and administrative support
- Assist with invoicing, meeting coordination and general office administration activities
- Conduct subdivision access inspections and support project delivery activities as required
- Adapt to a variety of roles and responsibilities across the Geotechnical Division, with flexibility to work across different sections and schedules when required
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in an Administration, Customer Service or similar support role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional and customer-focused approach
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Previous experience within the engineering, construction or professional services sector will be highly regarded
