Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a Clinical Psychiatrist at MCH International LLC.
The Clinical
Psychiatrist will provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnose mental health conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans for adolescents and adults via secure telehealth platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting follow-up visits, monitoring treatment effectiveness, adjusting medications as appropriate, and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals. The role also involves maintaining accurate clinical documentation, complying with relevant regulations and ethical standards,
and participating in case discussions or interdisciplinary meetings as needed.
The Clinical
Psychiatrist is expected to deliver patient-centered care that is culturally sensitive, evidence-based, and aligned with current best practices in psychiatry.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Psychiatric Care and Psychiatry, including assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based interventions.
- Proficiency in Treatment Planning, with the ability to create and adjust individualized, outcome-focused care plans.
- Strong foundation in Medicine relevant to psychiatric practice, including psychopharmacology and management of comorbid conditions.
- Experience or training in Adolescent Psychiatry, with skill in engaging young patients and families in treatment.
- Active, unrestricted medical license and board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry (or equivalent, depending on jurisdiction).
- Prior experience providing telepsychiatry or remote mental health services is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Commitment to ethical practice, patient privacy, and cultural humility in serving diverse communities.
