South West Radiology (SWR) is seeking two permanent part-time Receptionists to join our friendly, close-knit team. You’ll work a rotating roster of Monday–Sunday, either 12pm–8pm or 2pm–10pm, followed by seven days off. The role will be based at Edmondson Park once the urgent care centre relocates from Moorebank in early 2027; until then, you’ll work the same hours at Moorebank. This part-time position averages 52.5 hours per fortnight.
Key responsibilities
- Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism
- Managing bookings and patient flow with precision
- Handling enquiries and payments confidently
- Supporting our clinical teams to deliver exceptional care
About you
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong admin and computer skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude and team spirit
- Customer service experience is essential
- Medical or radiology reception experience
