This is a brand-new, full-time role for a curious, technically minded graduate who is passionate about AI and automation. You will work directly with the Head of Operations on project-based initiatives to improve efficiency across the business. This is a fantastic entry point into a specialist role – you will have real impact from day one, working across areas including Paraplanning, Accounting and Advice, identifying where technology can make life easier for our teams.
Key responsibilities
- Support project-based initiatives with Team Heads and the COO focused on improving efficiency across the business
- Work closely with key stakeholders to analyse and map processes across areas such as Paraplanning, Accounting and Advice
- Identify opportunities for automation and AI by reviewing workflows and highlighting manual tasks or inefficiencies
- Develop and implement automation solutions as part of project work to streamline processes and reduce repetitive tasks
- Research and test AI tools that can be applied to projects to improve productivity, document preparation and data analysis
- Document project outcomes and improvements and provide recommendations for further efficiency opportunities across the business
About you
- A relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., in Computer Science, Information Systems,
Business or a related field) or equivalent practical experience
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI and automation – you stay across new tools and love finding smarter ways to work
- Some hands-on experience with automation tools or AI platforms (e.g., Claude, Co-Pilot), even in a personal or study context
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to map and document processes clearly
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Self-starter who can work independently and manage their own workload within projects
