Gold Coast Super Clinic Physiotherapy is the northern Gold Coast's largest locally owned, multidisciplinary allied health clinic, operating across two locations in Hope Island and Oxenford. Since 2013, we've delivered Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Osteopathy, and Remedial Massage under one roof, serving everyone from everyday community members through to elite athletes and professional sporting organisations.

What You'll Do

- Deliver a warm, professional, and genuinely memorable front-desk experience for every patient, every time.

- Manage appointment bookings, scheduling, and patient communications across phone, email, and our practice management system.

- Process payments, health fund claims, and billing with accuracy and efficiency.

- Support practitioners with administrative tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly throughout the day.

- Maintain accurate patient records and handle confidential information with care and discretion.

- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, patient flow, and the overall clinic experience.





- Communicate clearly and promptly with patients, practitioners, and the broader administration team.

- Embody the Super Clinic Way: patient-first, detail-oriented, and always improving.

What You'll Need

- 2+ years of administration or reception experience, ideally in a healthcare or allied health setting

- Confident using computer-based practice management systems (experience with PracSuite is a bonus, not essential)

- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

- Exceptional attention to detail and a genuine pride in the quality of your work

- Strong time management and the ability to prioritise in a fast-moving environment

- A proactive mindset, someone who spots what needs to be done and does it

- The ability to work independently and as part of a growing team

- A warm, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for helping people

- Flexibility to work within our rostered hours (predominantly Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays to cover leave)

- Full working rights in Australia (Australian/New Zealand citizen or Permanent Resident)
