We are seeking an experienced Allied Health Receptionist to join our growing team at My Physio My Health in Adelaide, SA. This can be full-time, part time or casual role depending on your availability. As a part of the role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient support and managing administrative duties for our allied health clinic.
What you'll be doing
- Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's calendar
- Handling patient enquiries and providing information about our services
- Processing payments, invoices and maintaining accurate patient records
- Providing administrative support to the allied health professionals
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably within a healthcare or allied health setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of patients
- Proficient in using medical practice management software and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Friendly, patient and professional demeanour
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
