We are looking for an experienced Aluminium Fabricator / Boat Builder who is good at their trade, works hard and wants to be part of a solid team long-term. This is not just a job on the tools. What You'll Be Doing
- Fabricating and welding aluminium boats and marine components.
- Reading and working from fabrication drawings.
- Cutting, fitting, tacking and welding accurately.
- Producing quality work without unnecessary rework.
- Keeping jobs moving and working to project deadlines.
- Looking after your work area, tools and equipment.
- Working alongside the rest of the team to get the job done.
- Supporting and helping less experienced team members where required.

Must Haves
- Previous aluminium boat-building experience is a must.
- Strong aluminium fabrication and MIG welding skills.
- Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings.
- Ability to measure, fit and fabricate accurately.

- Good work ethic.
- Good safety awareness.
- Reliable attendance.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- A willingness to grow, take on more responsibility and develop into a senior role.
