Sage's Strata & Real Estate division continues to grow, and we're hiring Account Executives and Account Managers to join our teams in Sydney and Brisbane.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in strata or real estate insurance who enjoys building relationships, managing portfolios, and delivering high-quality advice and service to clients.
The role and package will reflect your experience.
About the role:
- Manage and service a portfolio of strata and real estate
- Coordinate renewals, placements, and mid-term policy adjustments
- Work closely with insurers to negotiate terms and outcomes
- Support clients with day-to-day enquiries and insurance advice
- Collaborate with claims and broking teams to deliver end-to-end service
About you:
- Experience in strata and/or real estate insurance broking. Underwriting experience will also be considered
- Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification (or near completion)
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Organised, proactive, client-focused and comfortable managing a portfolio throughout the insurance renewal lifecycle
