Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Canberra. This position is responsible for managing and growing relationships with residential and commercial clients, ensuring their outdoor project needs are understood and met. Day-to-day tasks include responding to client inquiries, preparing quotes and proposals, coordinating orders, and liaising with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

The Account

Manager will monitor project progress, resolve customer issues, and provide product guidance to help clients choose suitable paving, cladding, pool tiles, furniture, and décor.



This role also involves maintaining accurate account records, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting sales initiatives to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Experience in account management, customer relationship management, or sales within construction, design, or outdoor living sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Solid organizational and time management abilities, including managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, order management tools, and basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, and presentations).
- Knowledge or interest in outdoor products, landscaping, architecture, or interior/exterior design is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Canberra, collaborate effectively in a team environment, and engage professionally with clients and partners.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail, particularly in preparing accurate quotes, proposals, and project documentation.
- Relevant post-secondary education in business, sales, design, or a related field is an advantage, or equivalent experience.
