Capital Transport is Australia's largest and fastest-growing courier and taxi truck business, delivering tailored B2B transport and logistics solutions. We're looking for a relationship-driven Sales & Account Manager to manage and grow an established client portfolio. This role reports to the Client Relations Manager and is perfect for someone who loves building strong client partnerships, improving service outcomes, and identifying opportunities for growth — all while working within a supportive team.
The role is based in our brand new warehouse and office space in Kemps Creek.
Key responsibilities
- Lead regular Account Management appointments to build robust, trusted client relationships
- Work closely with clients to resolve challenges, improve their experience, and unlock new opportunities
- Conduct site inspections using the required templates and escalate any WHS concerns promptly
- Reconnect with inactive or down trading clients and revitalise opportunities across your territory
- Keep your CRM up to date with clear notes and follow up actions after every client interaction
- Chase new business opportunities and reconnect with inactive or down trading clients
- Stay connected with your portfolio through daily phone and email communication, meeting call targets with confidence
- Review performance reports to spot trends early and act proactively
- Tackle invoice queries, claims, quotes and escalations quickly and professionally
- Bring your insights and wins to weekly sales and account management meetings
About you
- Experience in account management, customer service or B2B client-facing roles
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills
- High level of organisation and confidence managing multiple tasks
- Comfortable working to targets and following structured processes
- Valid driver's licence
- Full working rights

- Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 super $15,000 car allowance uncapped commissions
