We are partnering with a global leader and OEM in industrial automation technology.
This is a high-impact role where you'll be the key link between the organisation and its distribution / channel partner network driving revenue growth, deepening partner capability, and expanding their footprint across their full product range spanning automation, connectivity, and power reliability solutions.
You'll combine strategic sales execution with technical know-how, working closely with distributors and channel partners to grow market share and deliver real commercial outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Owning and growing sales through Distribution and Channel Partner networks
- Developing and executing a regional channel strategy
- Running structured Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews to drive partner performance and accountability
- Leading training, product demos, and lunch & learn sessions to build partner capability
- Preparing proposals, responding to tenders, and supporting commercial negotiations
What We're Looking For
- Proven success in account management, channel or distribution sales within industrial or technical markets
- A robust background in technical sales, application engineering, or solutions selling
- Commercial acumen with solid business and financial understanding
- A relationship-first approach

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $120-130k Super Company Car/ Allowance & Bonus
Location: Perth, WA
