Join the South West recruitment leaders as a dedicated Account Manager - Recruitment working within our Sales team with management of Mining & Manufacturing clients, recruiting both within the blue and white collar space across a diverse range of casual role requirements.

This prospect will allow you to partner with hiring manager’s and key HR/Commercial stakeholders where primary accountability will be for sourcing top talent and supporting recruitment strategies by providing a quality staffing service to long term clients and candidates.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience with:

- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, candidate placement, and client satisfaction.
- Bulk recruitment by proactively sourcing and building a quality talent pipeline of candidates.
- Administrative and organisational capability within a fast paced recruitment desk.
- MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel,



Word as priority) experience.
- An advanced understanding with the use of recruitment software, experience with JobAdder advantageous.
- Compliance checks, including VEVO, D&A; testing, pre-employment medicals and validity checks on licences.
- Dedicated account management within a supportive and successful Sales environment.
