Accountant (Site Operations)

We’re looking for an experienced Accountant to join the commercial team and work closely with operational leaders across the business. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys more than just numbers. You’ll be involved in reporting, forecasting, cost analysis and providing practical financial insight to support day-to-day decisions.

What you’ll be doing:

- Prepare monthly management reports, forecasts and budgets, with input into longer-term planning.
- Work alongside operational teams to deliver explicit financial insights and help drive informed production and planning decisions. reviews with department managers and supervisors.
- Manage project and capital expenditure applications, ensuring they’re accurately recorded and aligned with company requirements.
- Complete balance sheet and trial balance reconciliations and maintain the accuracy of financial information.
- Build strong working relationships across Finance, Operations and site leadership.

What we’re looking for:

- A degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline.
- CPA/CA qualification or working towards one.




- Solid experience in management accounting, commercial accounting or a similar operational environment.
- Mining, resources, construction, manufacturing or heavy industry experience will be highly regarded.
