WATM leads the market in the supply and support of several of the world’s leading brands, including exclusive distribution for Hiab and Manitowoc cranes. Our core business is in the sale and support of Cranes and Lifting Equipment.

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. This role will involve handling a variety of administrative tasks relating to accounts, including managing invoices, processing payments, and maintaining records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.

- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables' data.

- Prepare bills and bank deposits.





- Upload invoices in Customer Management Software (Ariba, Coupa etc).

- Send invoices and statements to customers.

- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.

- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted.

- Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients' billing issues.

- Maintain files and electronic records.

- Liaise with third party providers, clients, and suppliers via phone, email and in person.

- Perform basic administrative tasks such as, data entry, answering phones etc.

- Provide support for receptionist with overflow of calls.

The successful applicant will have:

- Robust Microsoft Office skills -Outlook, Excel, and Word.

- Experience in SAP (preferred but not essential).
