About the role

Join our finance team in a hands-on role supporting day-to-day finance operations across multiple entities. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will manage accounts, reconciliations, payroll support, reporting and ECEC funding requirements across NSW, VIC and SA.

Duties

? Manage weekly accounts payable and 50+ supplier invoices in Xero

? Process payments, reconciliations and supplier accounts across entities

? Support payroll, superannuation and STP reporting requirements

? Assist with BAS, month-end close and management reporting

?️ Manage ECEC grants, funding, acquittals and government reporting

? Reconcile daily and weekly bank, credit card and intercompany loan accounts

Skills & experience

? 2+ years’ experience in bookkeeping, accounts or finance administration

? Strong Xero and Microsoft Excel skills with excellent attention to detail

? Knowledge of ECEC grants,



funding and incentives across NSW, VIC and SA

? Strong understanding of reconciliations, accounts payable, payroll and finance processes

? Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities independently
