Location: Midland, Perth The Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join the finance team in Midland. Reporting to the Financial Controller, this hands-on role combines traditional Accounts Payable responsibilities with post-auction seller settlements and payments.

Working across Finance, Sales and Operations, you'll manage high-volume transactions, ensuring supplier invoices, expenses and settlements are accurately processed, authorised and paid on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Process high-volume supplier invoices, purchase orders and employee expenses
- Prepare and process seller settlements following auction closures
- Manage supplier payments, expense claims, credit cards, BAS-related transactions and intercompany payments
- Manage seller settlements, profit-share payments and inventory purchase disbursements
- Assist with pre- and post-auction financial reporting
- Process EFT, BPAY, payment runs and foreign currency payments
- Investigate invoice and settlement discrepancies
- Complete month-end AP, General Ledger, bank and trust reconciliations

About You

This role would suit an experienced Accounts Payable,



Settlements or transactional finance professional who enjoys working in a busy, high-volume environment and has exceptional attention to detail. Ideally, you will bring:

- 2 years' Accounts Payable and/or settlements experience in a high-volume environment
- Experience with ERP systems, with Oracle highly regarded
- Experience with AP automation platforms
- Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively across multiple business functions
