New opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join a large, established organisation within their finance team. Working in a high-volume environment, you'll take ownership of end-to-end AP processes while working closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

Description

- Processing a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently
- Preparing and completing weekly payment runs, including overseas payments
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
- Reviewing invoices and payment documentation for accuracy and appropriate approval
- Investigating and resolving three-way matching issues
- Responding to supplier and internal stakeholder queries




- Maintaining accurate creditor information and supporting ongoing process improvements

Profile

- Demonstrated experience in a similar position previously
- Experience working within a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confident communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
