Responsibilities
- End-to-end accounts receivable processing
- Generating and issuing invoices
- Allocating and reconciling payments
- Managing customer accounts and account queries
- Following up outstanding invoices and collections
- Performing account reconciliations
- Maintaining accurate customer records
- Assisting with month-end reporting activities
- Building positive relationships with customers and stakeholders
Your Profile
- Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable role
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadline
- Experience using accounting or ERP systems such as SAP, Pronto, MYOB, Xero, Oracle, Dynamics or similar
