About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our Auburn team to provide positive experiences to young people. In this varied and versatile role, classified as a General Activities Officer under our Enterprise Agreement, you will be coaching and guiding young people, and:

- Work as part of a team to deliver fun, interactive, engaging and safe group classes
- Program lessons
- Provide customer service and membership administration duties, as required
- The role may include open and closing shifts.

About You

Are you a passionate person and have flexibility to work afternoons and evenings, school holidays and weekends? As well as,

- Do you have point of sale and administrative skills (willingness to learn).
- A willingness to deliver school holiday activity programs and participate in "hands-on" Club logistics, set-ups and program readiness in a Club which operates 7 days per week.
- Availability at least mornings or afternoons each week and during school holidays.
- Do you have a passion for sports and team building skills for coaching purposes?
- Are you a reliable and trustworthy person for the care of young people?
- Do you have Strong Customer Service skills and enthusiasm to undertake any reasonable duty, to support a thriving Club operation?
- Are you an autonomous worker as well as a team player?
- Do you have well-developed communication and interpersonal skills?
- Do you have experience in working with children, building relationships and customer service?
- Training, support and develop is available for candidates with a positive "can-do" attitude.
