· Maintaining tenancy delivery trackers and tenant files, the Public Liability Insurance register, precinct partner databases and monthly tenant sales reporting.

· Supporting accounts receivable, including invoicing, arrears administration and the month-end process.

· Keeping the Management Office running smoothly, including meeting room bookings, mail room, key register and team events

· Playing an active role in emergency management,

including emergency and evacuation procedures, to help ensure the safety of everyone on site

What you will bring

· At least two years' customer service experience in a hotel, retail or commercial environment · A customer-focused self-starter who can work independently, own tasks and projects, and see them through to high-quality completion

· Strong multi-tasking and priority management skills, with strong attention to detail

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and confidence with financial administration such as invoicing and accounts receivable

· Shopping centre, tenancy delivery or property experience highly regarded; MRI experience strongly regarded but not essential

· Willingness to undertake emergency management/warden training as required

What's in it for you

· Regular team events and a supportive, collaborative team culture · Access to tickets to experiences and events

· Free in office parking and Free Tram Zone access

· An extra day of leave for your birthday

· Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

· Modern office facilities with end-of-trip amenities

· Complimentary tea, coffee, fruit and snacks
