You’ll play an important role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of our patient services and front-of-house administration, working closely with patients, families and our clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Support the smooth day to day operation of our patient services and front of house administration, working closely with patients, families, and clinical teams.

- Manage front desk operations and clerical administration, ensuring a warm, professional welcome by greeting patients, visitors, and carers upon arrival, and efficiently answering telephone inquiries.
- Provide a compassionate, customer focused service while coordinating administrative processes in accordance with organizational requirements.
- Handle payment and remittances accurately, executing daily cashier duties with a strong eye for detail and data integrity.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring efficient completion within required timeframes.




- Identify and resolve administrative issues using sound judgment, while contributing to process reviews that enhance service delivery.
- Work collaboratively as a positive, supportive team member and independently when needed while fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and patient-centred care.

About You

- Exceptional interpersonal skills and empathy, with experience delivering clear, professional communication regarding patient services, billing, and financial consent.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and patient management systems.

Sound judgment, proactive problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team
