Marque Partners is hiring an Analyst or Senior Analyst (depending on experience) to join our deal team in Brisbane.

We advise founders, boards and investors on the decisions that matter: M&A;, equity and debt capital raising, and strategic advisory for businesses valued at $20m to $200m. Our work is national and sector agnostic. We specialise in the deals others find too hard: complex and restart situations, founder and family transitions, and growth-led financings.

Marque is partner-owned and was founded in 2026. Our partners bring more than 60 years’ combined experience in investment banking and corporate advisory. At a large firm you would be one of many. Here, your work goes in front of clients and you learn directly from the partners.

What you’ll do

- Build trading comps, precedent transactions and valuation analysis
- Prepare financial analysis and model inputs for the Associate and partners
- Research companies, sectors, buyers and investors
- Draft teasers, information memorandum sections,



pitch materials and board papers for review
- Maintain buyer and investor trackers and the data room index
- Join client and counterparty meetings, and capture the notes and actions that keep deals moving
- Support several sell-side, buy-side and capital raising mandates at once

Who will thrive here

We’re building a business. You’ll juggle competing deals, make judgement calls without a manual, and do what it takes to get transactions over the line. High standards and follow-through matter more than pedigree.

What you bring

- 2 to 4 years’ experience in corporate finance, transaction services, investment banking or a similar deal-focused role, with live transaction experience
- A degree in finance, accounting, economics, commerce, law or a related field
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and a working knowledge of financial statements and valuation
- Accurate work, sound judgement and clear writing
- Drive to learn quick and take ownership of your work

The package A competitive package. This is an office-based role in our Brisbane CBD office. Workload follows the deal timetable.
