Join the Team

As an Application Specialist – Pathology Billing within our Corporate Applications Solution Management team, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing our critical Pathology Billing applications that underpin NSW Health's operations. Working closely with business stakeholders, other Application Specialists, and technical teams, you'll help deliver application support, service improvements and business-focused solutions that drive efficiency, compliance and organisational outcomes.

In this role, you will:

- Deliver expert functional and technical application support, building strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring effective information sharing across teams.
- Engage and collaborate with stakeholders to elicit business requirements,



facilitating workshops and shaping solutions that address complex business needs.
- Design, configure, and document complex, large scale digital solutions that improve system interoperability, performance, and user experience.
- Manage and resolve complex and critical incidents within agreed service levels, leading incident responses collaboratively and escalating where required.
- Drive continuous improvement by applying policy directives, researching emerging technologies, and contributing to learning resources that streamline ways of working across eHealth NSW.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

- Demonstrated experience implementing, expanding, and maintaining Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Fusion applications in large or complex environments, supported by relevant qualifications or equivalent experience.
- Has knowledge of Billing and Claiming processes in an Australian Healthcare environment.
- Proven capability using a broad range of analytical tools and techniques to resolve complex business issues and deliver effective, customer focused solutions.
- Strong ability to prioritise workloads, manage competing deadlines, and deliver outcomes using a customer centric approach.
