We're looking for an experienced Application Support Analyst to join our Technology team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, building strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring critical business applications are reliable, stable and continuously improved.

Reporting to the Delivery Lead, you'll play a key role in the support and administration of GMHBA's business applications, with a particular focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and associated platforms. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, vendors and technology teams to manage incidents, investigate problems, coordinate releases and drive continual service improvements.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide Level 2 application support across critical business applications.
- Manage incidents, service requests and problems in line with IT Service Management practices.
- Support and administer Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related business platforms.
- Investigate application issues, perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions.
- Coordinate application releases, testing and deployment activities.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and identify opportunities for system improvement.
- Maintain application documentation, knowledge articles and support procedures.
- Engage with vendors and delivery teams to ensure service quality and operational stability.

What You'll Bring





- Demonstrated experience supporting business applications in an IT Service Management environment.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 or related Microsoft business applications.
- Strong understanding of incident, problem and change management processes.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Desirable

- Experience within the health, insurance or regulated industries.
- Experience with HAMBS, Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow or integration platforms.
- Knowledge of software development and testing lifecycles.
- ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent Service Management experience.
