You will be the first point of contact for homeowners, introducing them to government solar and battery rebates and booking appointments for our sales team. This is an 80%–90% field-based role perfect for entry-level hustlers or experienced sales professionals looking for huge earning potential. Full training provided!
Compensation & Benefits
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $125,000+ per year
- Uncapped Commission: +$150 per appointment booked AND +$150 per sale closed
- Hours: Part-time (Approx. 32 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities
- Field Sales: Walk local neighborhoods to introduce energy-saving services to homeowners.
- Lead Generation: Secure appointment times for our expert sales representatives.
- Data Entry: Collect accurate customer details (name, address, phone number) on your mobile device.
- Objection Handling:
Use proven techniques to confidently turn rejections into opportunities.
- Teamwork: Work closely with your Field Manager and attend weekly team meetings.
Requirements
- Resilience: A positive attitude and the stamina to walk outdoors for extended periods.
- Communication: Excellent customer service and confident communication skills.
- Logistics: Valid Driver’s Licence preferred (or reliable access to public transport).
- Experience: No experience required! Full professional training is provided.
- Work Rights: Valid work authorisation for Australia required.
