Appointment Setter – Rageism Beauty

Rageism Beauty is an award-winning Australian beauty brand created specifically for mature women. We are passionate about helping women feel confident, seen and celebrated, and a major part of our growth is through our in-person beauty events.

We are looking for a confident, energetic and highly self-motivated Appointment Setter to help us book more of these events.

This is not a traditional phone sales role. Your job is to contact organisations to book Rageism Beauty events for their members or teams.

Our events are fun, interactive beauty sessions where women receive education, makeup tips and tricks, demonstrations and mini makeovers. They are designed to be engaging, uplifting and enjoyable, and your role is to get these events into the calendar.

What you will be responsible for

- Making outbound calls every day
- Working consistently through prospect lists
- Booking qualified Rageism Beauty events
- Following up prospects until there is a clear outcome
- Handling objections confidently and professionally
- Sourcing new businesses and organisations to contact
- Building and maintaining your own prospect lists
- Keeping accurate records of calls, follow-ups and bookings
- Working independently and taking ownership of your results

This is a KPI-driven role.



Success will be measured by your activity and results, including the number of calls made, prospects contacted, lists worked through, follow-ups completed and most importantly, events booked.

- Are comfortable hearing “no” and continuing to the next opportunity
- Are motivated by targets and KPIs
- Can work independently without needing constant supervision
- Know how to research and source new leads
- Are organised and consistent with follow-up
- Understand that the goal of every conversation is to move towards booking an event

We are looking for someone who is proactive rather than someone waiting to be given everything. If you finish one list, you should be comfortable finding the next chance, researching new organisations and continuing to build the pipeline.

Pay: $52,880.00 – $70,000.00 per year
