We're looking for an experienced Assistant Café Manager to support the leadership of our Bassendean café.
This is an chance to help lead a passionate team, create exceptional guest experiences and contribute to a café that is an important part of the local community.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Supporting the Café Manager in the day-to-day operation of the café
- Leading shifts and maintaining high operational standards
- Coaching and developing Team Members
- Delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training
- Assisting with labour, stock and inventory management
- Maintaining Dôme standards for quality,
service and cleanliness
- Acting as the leader on duty when required
- Supporting the development of future leaders within the team
