About the role An exciting opportunity to join two residential developments as they continue to deliver housing to the Townsville market. This permanent role with flexible hours sits within the Development team and plays an important part in helping create thriving communities where people can live, connect and belong. You'll be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys taking ownership and is always looking for ways to add value beyond your core responsibilities.
Key responsibilities
- Support the delivery of two active residential developments as they move into their next phase of growth and development
- Work closely with the Development/ Construction Manager, contributing across a broad range of development activities and project milestones
- Gain exposure to residential sub-division development, community infrastructure and commercial development
- Assist in the coordination of consultants, contractors and stakeholders to support successful project outcomes
About you
- Preferred experience in property development, project coordination, construction, engineering or a related field
- Robust organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced workplace
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Interest in end to end project delivery
- Preferred relevant tertiary qualifications in Property, Construction Management, Engineering, Planning or a related field
- Energetic, proactive and driven, with a willingness to take ownership and seek opportunities to add value
- A hands on team player who is happy to roll up their sleeves and support the broader team when needed
- Curious and motivated to learn, develop and build a long term career in property development
