The Wellbeing Support team is seeking a EL1 Assistant Director to support the team's work in providing a confidential 24-hour support service, including coaching, counselling, early intervention, local resolution, debriefing sessions, conflict resolution and referrals to specialist services for all Commonwealth parliamentary workplace (CPW) participants who have been impacted by workplace conflict (including responsible incidents or misconduct). The team may also undertake workplace culture reviews, research and lead policy and program development.

This role will suit a self-motivated and driven individual with a genuine interest in empowering clients to build resilience, navigate workplace challenges, and achieve positive outcomes. The successful candidate will possess sound judgement, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in sensitive and complex environments.
