We are on the hunt for an Assistant Manager with a passion for beverage & late night venues to lead our team!

The Role

As Assistant Manager of Goros, you’ll play a key leadership role in one of Surry Hills’ most exciting late-night venues, where quality cocktails, outstanding music and high-energy service come together.

We’re looking for an experienced hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and knows how to bring energy to the floor while maintaining exceptional standards across drinks, service and atmosphere. You’ll have a strong understanding of licensing, compliance and late-night operations, with the confidence to lead the venue and team through busy services.

Working closely with the General Manager, you’ll support the day-to-day operation of the venue, including team leadership and development, rostering, service standards and operational performance. You’ll be a visible,



hands-on leader who knows how to motivate a team and create a memorable guest experience from early evening drinks through to late-night energy.

Fresh from a major refurbishment, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of the next chapter of Goros and help build one of Surry Hills’ go-to late-night destinations.
