About the role

As Assistant Store Manager of our beautiful store in the Queen Victoria Building in Sydney's CBD, you will support our Multisite Team, across two stores, to deliver a quality and inspiring retail experience for our customers through genuine customer service, product knowledge and the presentation of your store.

You will collaborate to maintain quality standards across all aspects of store operations including stock management, visual merchandising, administration & reporting, cleanliness, delivering budgets and weekly sales targets.

Using your natural leadership qualities, you will help to build the skill and knowledge of your team, delegate tasks, give feedback and inspire your people to hit targets and celebrate wins.
