What You’ll Be Doing

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join our Dulux Paint Spot in Carnegie, VIC on a permanent fulltime basis. You will work on a rotating 2-week schedule, working every second Saturday, full-day shifts, no Sundays.

If you are energetic, driven, have a strong work ethic and a passion for people then this role is for you. This rapid-paced and hands-on role will see you:

Responsibilities

- Develop strong working relationships with depot/agencies
- Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained
- Cash handling / EFTPOS
- Accurately mix and tint paint
- Assist in maintaining stock levels

What We’re Looking for You enjoy working with people, have great communication skills and are passionate about helping others. We do require you to regularly lift paint tins that weigh up to 25kgs so being physically fit is essential.

- Possess an interest in our products
- Retail/Trade sales and management/mentoring experience is highly desirable
- Paint product and application/ hardware experience will be highly regarded but not essential
- Have the ability to communicate clearly with customers
- Enjoy building relationships with customers and colleagues
