Associate Analytics Consultant - Data & Analytics

- Remuneration: $102,936 - $113,579; plus, Superannuation and Leave Loading

Your day as an Associate Analytics Consultant In this role, you will develop strategic procurement intelligence and build Power BI dashboards using a range of data sources. You will turn data into actionable insights and reports that improve decision-making, support business improvements and respond to ad hoc reporting requests on Ministerial priorities. Your work will help Procurement, Policy, Finance and Strategy teams deliver better outcomes.

You will work closely with colleagues across Treasury, NSW government agencies and external stakeholders.

What you can bring to the role.

In this integral role there are a few things we would like for you to have to best support yourself and add value to the people of NSW.

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

- Proven experience with end to end PowerBI Dashboard build, implementation and maintenance covering ETL processes, DAX formulas, dashboard design and User Acceptance Tests

- Proven experience with automation tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power Apps or similar

- Proven experience liaising and managing stakeholders in complex devolved environments relating to analytics delivery

- Familiarity with financial data, procurement data or similar

- Self-starting attitude to propose continuous improvement and recommend innovative ways of working

- Competency with MS office suite
