Who we’re looking for?

- Extensive experience in industrial property or asset management, ideally managing institutional-grade assets.
- Strong understanding of lease administration, rent reviews, budgeting, outgoings reconciliation and financial reporting.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to mentor, develop and manage property professionals.
- Sound knowledge of Victorian property legislation, building operations and contractor management.
- Experience preparing owner reports, annual budgets, forecasts and asset performance recommendations.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted client, tenant and contractor relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify opportunities to maximise asset value and revenue.

The Role As Associate Director, you will oversee a portfolio of Victorian industrial properties, ensuring exceptional operational and financial performance while delivering outstanding service to clients. You’ll lead property management teams, provide strategic asset advice, manage key stakeholder relationships, and contribute to new business growth and retention initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the day-to-day management and performance of a diverse portfolio of industrial assets.
- Drive asset performance through proactive lease management, rent reviews, vacancy management and tenant retention strategies.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive client reporting, including financial,



operational, maintenance and strategic asset recommendations.
- Manage annual budgets, forecasts, capital expenditure programs and outgoings reconciliations.
- Oversee service contracts, contractor performance and building maintenance activities to ensure assets are operating efficiently.
- Develop robust relationships with clients, tenants, contractors and internal stakeholders while maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Lead, coach and develop direct reports, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Support business development initiatives, prepare submissions and contribute to the growth of the Asset Management business.
