Marque Partners is hiring an Associate to join our deal team in Brisbane.

We advise founders, boards and investors on the decisions that matter: M&A;, equity and debt capital raising, and strategic advisory for businesses valued at $20m to $200m. Our work is national and sector agnostic. We specialise in the deals others find too hard: complex and restart situations, founder and family transitions, and growth-led financings.

Marque is partner-owned and was founded in 2026. Our partners bring more than 60 years’ combined experience in investment banking and corporate advisory. That means small teams, senior involvement on every deal, and real responsibility from day one.

What you’ll do

- Own the transaction model: valuation, scenarios, sources and uses, returns and debt capacity
- Lead the drafting of information memoranda, management presentations, process letters and board papers
- Run the process: data room, Q&A;, buyer and investor tracking, and the timetable
- Lead due diligence coordination with accountants, lawyers and other advisers




- Manage client owners and finance teams day to day, and take an active role in management and counterparty meetings
- Review Analyst work and develop junior team members. This remains a hands-on delivery role

Who will thrive here

We’re building a business. You’ll juggle competing deals, make judgement calls without a manual, and do what it takes to get transactions over the line. High standards and follow-through matter more than pedigree.

What you bring

- 4 to 7 years in M&A;, corporate finance, transaction services, investment banking or private equity
- Experience running workstreams on live transactions, not just supporting them
- CA, CFA or equivalent preferred
- Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills. Comfortable with normalised EBITDA, working capital, net debt and completion mechanics
- Explicit, persuasive writing, with the judgement to shape a clean investment story
- Accurate work and sound judgement under pressure

The package A competitive package. This is an office-based role in our Brisbane CBD office. Workload follows the deal timetable.
