The Opportunity

You don't need to know exactly which area is right for you before you apply. We'll learn more about your interests, strengths and study background throughout the recruitment process to help identify where you may be best aligned.

- Audit & Assurance - understand how organisations operate, analyse information, identify risks and opportunities for improvement, and communicate findings. This includes Financial Statement Audit and Internal Audit services.
- IT Audit - assess technology environments, systems, cyber risks and IT controls.
- Technology Advisory - help organisations solve technology and transformation challenges across strategy, processes, data and AI.
- People Advisory - help organisations improve how their people, teams and workplaces operate and perform.
- Tax & Business Services - support businesses and individuals across accounting, tax and broader business matters.

The Ideal Person





We're interested in graduates from a range of study backgrounds. This could include accounting, commerce, business, finance, economics, technology, information systems, cybersecurity, computer science, psychology, arts or other relevant disciplines. More importantly, we're looking for people who are curious, analytical and:

- Enjoy understanding how things work and analysing information
- Communicate clearly and work well with different people
- Enjoy solving problems and identifying ways things could be improved
- Are keen to learn and want to build a career in professional services

What We Need From You

As part of your application, we'll ask about your degree, areas of interest and the types of work you enjoy. You'll also need to provide your current academic transcript. Due to our client requirements, applicants must be Australian citizens unless they are Permanent Residents applying for a role in Tax & Business Services or Financial Statement Audit.
