Your current role:
As a Business Analyst, you will join a multidisciplinary delivery team working on complex digital services and products. You will engage with internal stakeholders, external users and technical teams to understand requirements, improve the user experience and shape future state services.
To be successful, you will have:
- Extensive Business Analysis experience within complex, large-scale transformation programs
- Strong requirements gathering and problem-solving capability
- Experience documenting functional and non-functional requirements
- Demonstrated experience writing user stories and product backlog items
- Experience working in Agile and multidisciplinary delivery teams
- An understanding of Human-Centred Design principles
- Strong stakeholder engagement,
workshop facilitation and communication skills
- The ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Experience within government or another highly regulated environment is desirable
- DevOps experience and an existing Baseline security clearance will be highly regarded
