High Grade Mechanical (HGM) is currently seeking 2 x Trade-Qualified A-Grade Electricians to join our team for ongoing work within the Goldfields. These are long-term opportunities working across surface and underground mining environments starting from Mid - end of October.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for experienced A-Grade Electricians with mining experience who are confident working across both surface and underground environments. You will have experience in fixed plant electrical infrastructure, with PLC and control systems exposure highly regarded.





Underground driving training will be provided where required, allowing successful candidates to become self-sufficient underground.

A clean-shaven requirement applies when working underground due to site safety requirements.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

- Current A-Grade Western Australian Electrical License
- Current C-Class Driver's License
- Current LVR & CPR
- Ability to work across surface and underground mining environments
- Working at Heights
- Experience completing JHAs and Take 5s
- White Card
- Current mine-site experience
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
- Full Australian working rights

HIGHLY REGARDED EXPERIENCE

- PLCs, I/O fault finding and sensors
- Basic control network troubleshooting
- High Risk Work Licences, including Forklift and/or EWP
- Sandvik drill experience
