A-Grade Electrician - (HME Upskill Programme)

Ready Resources is a leading maintenance and asset management provider supporting mining, energy, industrial and infrastructure projects across Australia. We specialise in connecting skilled trades with ongoing FIFO and metro opportunities, with a strong focus on safety, reliability and long term work.

We are currently seeking experienced A-Grade Electricians for a 8/6 FIFO role working throughout WA, we are offering a structured pathway to become a qualified HV Electrician on mobile mining equipment (MEM). This is a mobile plant role, not fixed plant.

You'll join an established MEM electrical team, working alongside experienced HV Electricians on the site's heavy mobile fleet. Through our structured training program, you'll progress in clear stages, from supervised HV work to completing the training and authorisations needed to work independently on mobile plant. You'll get hands on HV experience from day one.

Industrial, commercial and fixed plant electricians looking to move into mobile equipment are encouraged to apply. A strong trade foundation matters more than prior HV experience.

Skills & Experience Required

- A-Grade Electrical Licence
- Australian recognised trade qualification in Electrical
- Current or recent experience in industrial,



mining or heavy commercial environments
- Previous exposure to mobile mining equipment highly desirable (not essential)
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
- Genuine interest in developing HV skills on mobile plant and completing the required training
- Ability to work safely within a team in a FIFO environment
- Current driver's licence
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
- Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
