Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Coburg, VIC. The position needs a skilled person on AutoCad to produce drawings, interior and exterior, to collaborate and work close with our architect to get the project completed in a proficient and organised manner. Drafter will produce detailed technical drawings and documentation using CAD software for architectural and construction projects.

Day-to-day tasks include preparing and liasing with the team to deliver the project scope. Maintain the relationship with the architect. The role involves coordinating with project managers and designers to ensure drawings meet compliance, quality,



and timeline requirements.

The drafter will maintain organised drawing files, support updates throughout the project lifecycle, and assist in resolving design and documentation issues as they arise.

Qualifications

- Ability to create precise technical drawing and general drawing documentation, with strong attention to detail.
- Stay onto of permits and due dates to keep the project on-time.
- Proficiency in developing and updating architectural drawings aligned with design intent and building standards.
- Understanding of architecture concepts and how they translate into practical, buildable plans.
- Strong AutoCAD skills; familiarity with other CAD or BIM tools (e.g., Revit) is advantageous.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams on-site.
- Ability to collaborate with onsite team and questions.
